What are your clothes made of? How are they printed?
All of our T-shirts, Tank Tops and Long Sleeve T-Shirts are made from 100% preshrunk, ringspun combed cotton. All of our hoodies are made from 50% cotton and 50% polyester. All of our clothing is printed via screen printing.

How do I choose which SIZE and which DESIGN I would like to receive?
You will be choosing your specific designs and styles of clothing at the end of the campaign. Once the campaign is successfully funded, you will receive a Kickstarter reward survey that will allow you to specify all of your design and size choices as well as your shipping information.

I want to create my own bundle of clothes. How do I do this?
If you’d like to create your own bundle, pick one of the first 3 tiers that includes one of the clothing items that you would like. Once you click “Pledge”, you will be taken to the next screen where you can add as many additional items of clothing that you would like.
For example, if you would like to receive 2 t-shirts and 2 hoodies, you may select the “T-Shirt or Tank Top” tier. Once you do, you will be taken to the next screen where you will be able to add on another t-shirt as well as both hoodies to calculate your final pledge amount.

If I choose one of the preset bundles, can I mix and match sizes and designs?
Yes! If you select the preset bundles, you can still mix and match any sizes and styles you would like to receive. With all pledges, you will be selecting your sizes and styles at the end of the campaign.

Will your Legacy designs be available after the Kickstarter?
Unfortunately no. As a thank you to the community for the support, (Fall Feels, TiredAF, Game Over and Wild Dog) are being made available through this Kickstarter due to high demand. As these are pre-orders, this is the perfect opportunity to make them available for whoever wants to order them again without fear of selling out.

How can I receive the Art Book? Can I buy the Art Book separately?
Every pledge over $200 CAD before shipping costs will receive a free copy of our 2016-2023 Graphic Art Book, featuring 62 pages of Nomad Complex graphic designs and lore. The Art Book is only available as a reward for pledges over $200 CAD and are not available as an add-on reward through Kickstarter.

Is Nomad Complex still owned by the same people as before?
Nomad Complex is still owned and operated by the same staff we had before our recent closure. The good news is that now we have a lot more staff, capable of shouldering a lot of the issues we were facing in 2023. With this increase in staff, expertise and knowledge we are stronger than ever.

The main graphics on the T-shirts, Tank Tops and Long Sleeve T-Shirts are located on the front of the garment.
The main graphic on the Hoodies is located on the back of the hoodie. Our logo is located on the front of the hoodies.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
